What is your shipping policy for fragile glass bottles?
We use custom-engineered, eco-friendly protective packaging designed specifically for glass. In the rare event that a bottle arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo for a full replacement.
Are your products gluten-free or vegan-friendly?
Many of our hot sauces and dry rubs are naturally gluten-free and vegan. We provide a full ingredient list and allergen warnings on every product page to help you make informed dietary choices.
How should I store my Pepper Palace products after opening?
While our high-vinegar hot sauces are shelf-stable, we recommend refrigerating all sauces, salsas, and marinades after opening to maintain optimal color and flavor profile.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Due to food safety regulations and customs restrictions on liquid goods, shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
Can I return a product if it is too spicy for me?
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns based on personal taste preferences. However, we provide a 'Heat Scale' on every product to help you choose the right intensity level before purchasing.
